twig - would making a black top hat out of card be too embarassingly rubbish? We made one for DS for Book Day when he went as willy wonka. And surely you could pick up a white shirt cheaply enough. No clever suggestions for black suit yet!

They are selling black trousers and waistcoat and white shirt sets in Asda up to age 4-5 for £10.
