Do you actually realise what board you're on when you click to answer a thread?

I am never aware which section I am in until I get into the thread because I respond to the title

What about you? Do you read Board Name or just thread title?

title and sometimes look at where it's posted but mainly just look at title and decide if I'm interested or not or able to help or not.

Not always but only once have I answered inappropriately because I diddn't notice that it was a SN related question.

Mainly just the title... once left a very flippant answer to a question then realised later it was a 'spirituality etc' thread

nope, hardly ever check. same as carmenere though, once got in an arguement because i didn't realise an mmr thread was in SN not health and answered ratherinappropriately

Thread Title and Board - but that's because I always pro-actively like to look at the context of something. Difference between a moan in Chat and in Relationship, for e.g. can be important(although that has led to upset when people posted serious stuff in 'chat').

i check my favorites, then active convos. then if i see a thread tiltle that interests me i chck where it is. some places I just don't go.

Think i seem to be the only person on mn who doesnt look on active convos. I always just click on last hour in find discussions and they come up in alphabetical order of what board they're on so its much clearer

I dont look... maybe give it a quick glance if I know its going to be something "heavy"... most the time I bulldoze in

Click on something because of the title, probably would notice the board once I was reading the whole thread, though.
