my father has wound me up yet again!

sorry need to vent,im bloody livid

we havent agreat relationship, basically he would do anything for my sis and her kids but not for me which doesnt bother me in the slightest but today it was arranged that he would bring round a spare t.v for ds bedroom about 3pm.

ds said at 2.30, "ooo cant wait for my t.v"

mum just phoned and said "dads watching rugby, he'll be round tonight".

im so bloody annoyed, my toddler has been up all day and grumpy, im trying to cook a roast dinner and if father turns up he'll basically spoil for a row anyway .aghhhhhhhhhh

grr for you. especially as your son was expecting it! hope he doesn't come too late

Rise above it 7up. Big grin, be nice as pie, take the TV and get rid of your dad asap. Do not bring disharmony into your day if you can help it.
Any point in me suggesting that he is merely being thoughtless as oposed to malicious?

mother just turned up with it while HE is sat at home watching rugby. weve just struggled up the stairs with it, mums 63! luckily her back didnt go,cant understand that he could let her do it really. but like i say if it had been my sis.......
