why do my grandparents peresistantly feel the need to fill my DD FULL of crappy sweets/jam out of a bloody jar with a spoon fgs and cakes all bloody morning (despite me saying NO) and then TUT when DD yet again wont sit down like a good girl at the table and eat her lunch 'nicely' with them....... every trip is starting to turn DD into a little monster from the second she sets foot in the door. Everytime i am stern with her if she is doing something naughty it results in big cuddles and "oh dears' from her Grandma.....
I get moaned at if i dont make the effort and go round but why should i when they blatently bloody ignore what i say. Perfect example DD sat at the dinner table screaming no (she is an angel at the dinner table normally), so Grandma gets up with her and sits her on the worktop kitchen snd they stand there playing with peas will DD grinning at me like a cheshire cat with that ner ner ne ner ner face on.
I know why we have problems i guess i just needed to rant, what is it with old folk, why do they ignore me and cant they see what they are doing is wrong and against my wishes.....they totally adore her but why cant they see the way to her heart is not through her stomach!!!!!!
