1920's style brogues for 10 year old boy - any ideas?

My son is in a play at Christmas, and needs to find a pair of brogues in a 1920's gangster style (yes, it's Bugsy Malone) in a size 6. Any suggestions gladly received.

i suppose you could get some cheap plain shoes and paint on the brogue design if you're feeling arty! can't say i've seen any out and about
