Blimey, you cr*p mother...

I find hissing it menacingly inches from their ear far more effective.

Raggydoll · 30/10/2006 14:31

TwigTwoolett · 30/10/2006 14:32

I don't have the self-control to hiss it seems

oh gawd .. I am cr*p

it was so loud and so very very big too and yet my voice carried across the whole cafe

My (childless) friend waas telling me once about some parents she had seen bellowing at their child, it had really shocked her. Then she said "But you're such a nice mum, I know you would never dream of saying "Shut up" to a child".

I couldn't think of anything to say so I just laughed at her. She was really confused

She will learn

Greensleeves · 30/10/2006 14:34

"But why dont you give your DD smarties? They wont harm her?"
