I did my first order at Tesco on line today

I thought I might save some money but didn't really seem to make any difference

I suppose I am not picking up magazines, books, clothes etc like I would in Asda/Tesco

do you find you save money?

yes definitely

SoupDragon · 29/10/2006 18:24

Yes, precisely because I'm not tempted by displays of bargains I don't need. If you go here you can usually find a voucher for money off a TEscos order too.

Don't forget, the bill looks bigger on screen than you usually actually pay.

Multi-deals and the like are taken off when the stuff is actually charged.

yes often safe 20 -30 pounds.

I find that if i go to the shops with my DH we usually spend a lot more than i would online, but i also get tempted by the offers online.

Today i had a list.... i stuck to the list, and my shopping was the lowest it has ever been!

I used to shop mainly online whilest we live in a rural area and definately saved some pennys doing it, as once the total came up I might have a look through and see if I got some items I could go without and yes I would be less likely tempted by other items in display, etc....!
