HELP - I want to send a gift to New Zealand

and wondered if anyone had tried using a NZ based website say amazon.nz or similar? It seems a bit potty to buy something in the shops here and post it myself, if i can order online and have it delivered 'locally'. TIA

I actually rang up the shop in NZ and ordered it over the phone - e.g. a book shop for a book, a garden shop for garden vouchers. Online commerce may have improved though since i did this. I'm pretty sure Amazon doesn't have an NZ branch, but you could try searching on Dillons or Whitcoulls for books. What sort of thing did you have in mind?

thanks florence for the whitcoulls tip. Present is for a 5yo girl, not decided on anything particular, books or toys i guess. I wondered about the billing address/delivery address being different if you order online.
