My brother used my ebay account a few months ago, to sell some phones

He didnt get proof of purchase, and 2 phones got "lost"

Paypal put my account into limited access so I restored it this week

And now its still limited even though Ive transfered £170 over

HELP!!

is there a contact them button? i know on ebay you can discuss things online and theya re normally pretty good at giving you the answer

Im in work thought Id ask you lot first
