....so I thought to myself yesterday when running in Richmond Park. You won't believe this but I saw not one, not two, but THREE! running with 3 wheeler buggies. there was also a guy on a bicycle with one of those trailers and he definitely looked like he was out for exercise, not going from a to b. what's my next victory to look out for?

Yesterday I saw a man pushing his child in a pram and the man was singing to his child as he walked along. How sweet is that?

Yesterday at the park I saw two men both pushing prams with two toddler boys pushing their Winnie the Pooh buggies alongside! I have a friend whose son would not be allowed to push a buggy as his dad would go mad (WTF???) so it made me smile.

DH did the sport relief mile pushing boy in the jogger, hes also trailed the bike trailer a few times at weekends. Not sure if he fits your exercise for teh sake of it descriotion tho, we use teh trailer for a-b and also for w/end jaunts and will use it for next summer hol.
At mums and tots the little boys are very keen on pushing the toy buggy and pram with a doll on board, occasioanly scraps break out over possesion.

A man pushing a buggy with one hand whilst holding a brolly or child's hand with the other and not swerving into every object he meets.
