I love eating snow - is it just me?

I feel very sad now it has all melted, well, except for a few grimy patches where snowmen used to be. I just love the texture and iciness and crunch of it. I would buy it in a shop if it was possible.

Is it just me, or does anyone else love it?

We make Snow Ice Cream

top layer only (not yellow snow, arf) a couple of table spoons of icing sugar, teaspoon of vanilla extract, beat it quickly and into the freezer if it melts a bit before nomming

Yum - must try that when it snows again- hopefully soon.....
