We have a self-contained basement in our house and need to rent it out as we need the money. The trouble is we have noisy kids, and we and the tenant need to be realistic about this. (I can encourage the kids to be quiet but can't tie them up!)
They go to bed at a reasonable time, so it might suit someone who works regularly. Or a deaf person?
We don't really want someone who is equally noisy e.g. plays loud music at 2 a.m. .
Any ideas on what kind of person it would suit and how to find them?
