Birthday pressie suggestions for 30 yr old female needed please

My friend's 30th is coming up and I need ideas of a great-ish gift to get her. She's quite young and funky, married with a young child. She has loads of money so can buy herself pretty much whatever she wants, which makes it difficult to choose something that she would really like. She is very fussy (poss snobby) and I don't have much money to spend. Maybe 30 quid! Any ideas?

I'm a bit like your friend, only without the money! I was going to suggest a Topshop voucher, but not really appropriate in this case.

I reckon lulumama's idea of a Diptyque candle is a good one - they're about £30 I think. I would love one of those! Do you have a SpaceNK near you? You could definitely get something fabulous from there for £30.

Thanks again for all the suggestions. Think I might go with the voucher for a pampering session or some pretty jewellery. I think that buying cosmetics would mean ending up wth just ONE eyeshadow or whatever if I were to go for something prticularly nice/hip/cool etc.

I was 30 a few months ago and got some lovely pressies, one friend got me a voucher for the beauty salon to spend on whatever i want, i thought that was a lovely idea.
