Shopping in Manchester - city centre

I am heading over to Manchester (from Dublin) this weekend and have time to do some shopping in the city centre. On the last couple of visits I stayed pretty much in the Trafford Centre but this time I need to make it to Bravissimo, Blooming Marvellous and H&M Maternity section so will head to the Deansgate area. Are there any other decent shops worth investigating in that area? I am 14 weeks pregnant so looking for cool affordable maternity gear. Also have two kids (DD 5 and DS 2) so I could splash out a bit on them too. Is there a Next with Maternity section?
Nice places to rest my weary legs and fill up my nauseous tummy? Appreciate it.

there is a Formes for mat wear just off king street.

H&M - Market Street, maternity and kids upstairs

Formes - on a little street off King Street, can't remember the name. Nice denim dress in the window!

Daisy & Tom - Deansgate. Dangerous for me as I spend too much so I try and avoid. Kendals next door has some nice kids stuff, next to lingerie on 1st floor.

Next - one on King Street and Market Street. Maternity only in the catalogue though, not in shops.

There is a nice maternity shop in Barton Arcade, off St Anns Square.

Blooming Marvellous is on the walk through from St Anns Square to Cross Street.

Selfridges and Harvey Nicks probably have maternity and good kids but I haven't dared to look and be tempted. Good cafes in both as well.

Food - on Deansgate there is The Living Room, good booths to squash the children into and the food is nice, can get busy with footballers wives types though. Daisy and Tom have a cafe, not been there though.

Ooooh, thanks ladeez. Can't wait. I will be on my own too which means major ability to do credit card damage. Have never been to Daisy and Tom so will take a peek. Cheers!

Like the kids clothes in zara which is near to selfridges and just down from H&M on corner. French connection also ahs kids section opposite but more expensive. My dd 5 had a nose bleed all over the floor there last time I was in they got me a box of tissues but asked me to move off the sofa as someone wanted to try on shoes!
