Yep - it's been written in gobbledegook not English......I'm not fluent in that language (unfortunatley)...mind you I'm only just fluent in English so gobbledegook (or governmentese) is Waaaaaay beyond me

I am hoping to lease some land & a barn (to be demolished) to open a children's nursery

I may get it at a greatly reduced rent for 3-5 yrs & I want him to get as much as he can out of it

I'm not an expert by any means, but I don't think it looks too promising I'm afraid, unless you are part of a larger community group with big plans that include yours, in which case LEADER+ might be a possibility. Have you tried Business Link's grant pages?
