Can anyone help me out? I'm so out of touch and don't know what CD to buy

dd2 is having her 7th birthday party on Saturday. It's supposed to last for 3 hours, (!), H's idea, not mine.

Anyhow, for most of the time they'll (I hope!) be porcelain painting.

I had a look in Smiths and HMV today, and they all 'Wheels on the Bus' type of thing, which I think they're to old for. But if I get something more upbeat will they all be running round painting each other instead?

Any suggestions of any suitable CDs for (a) their age group and (b) what would be suitable for their activity. Do you think I should have one for their painting and another for the inevitable running around and tea afterwards?

Please help me with some ideas/titles! TIA

Any of the Pop Party type ones would be fine, but they are quite lively so I'd just leave them to chat for the painting session.

DD (nearly 7) wants Pop Party 3 , the most recent one, for her birthday. Its just a compilation of chart/pop stuff. Theres also Pop Princesses, again a compilation of chart-type stuff, but by female artistes.

They're generally available at all music shops, Woolies etc etc

If you try Play.com you will probably get them cheaper but might not have enough time before the party if its this Sat.

Yes iirc here , or Dance Party althgouh I think we have a 3rd one but can't fidn it. There are several volumes of each now . The large supermarkets, Woolworths and WH Smiths will have them.
