wiping bums at nappy changing time? Or does someone know something I don't?

cupsnakes · 17/10/2006 11:37

cleaning toxic chemicals - be warned, they take colour out of upholstery fabrics.

PinkTulips · 17/10/2006 11:39

cleaning couches and hands and cloths, not bums though, too nasty!

AnAngelWithin · 17/10/2006 11:40

erm. I'm confused!!

PinkTulips · 17/10/2006 11:42

you going to explain Quootie?

HauntedsandCastle · 17/10/2006 11:42

cleaning leather sofas

QueenQuootieSpookypieBee · 17/10/2006 11:42

Well... i use pampers nappy wipes, and these seem abit creamy to use for bums. I thought they were some sort of skin wipe, instead of using lotion, as they are called skincare? I have boxes of these (Bought before DS was born when I though he needed all these things) and never used them because I thought they were skincare wipes ... so, they are nappy wipes?

I think they are nappy/bum wipes but I steer clear of anything Johnsons as it's all full of chemicals and harsh and sets off my girls ecxema, much better for dusting and cleaming leather couches IMO

nailpolish · 17/10/2006 12:18

yes they are nappy wipes quootie

GRUMPYGHOUL · 17/10/2006 12:25

I can use these on DS 2 but not Pampers (even the sensitive ones) or he looks like he has acne.

lulumama · 17/10/2006 12:27

i use them to take off my make up -- too perfumed and creamy for DD.s bum - the more expensive the wipe, the worse her bum is...!!

nailpolish · 17/10/2006 12:29

i find Tesco wipes the best ever

and half the price of these johnson ones, which just tend to slide about in the poo, not wipe it off

same with the pampers i find

and Tesco nappies are far superior to the rest too

QueenQuootieSpookypieBee · 17/10/2006 12:31

At least I know now Been meaning to find out for.... well, 6 months!
