Could you wear tight black and sew on a skeleton thing you can buy pretty much anywhere at the moment. Get a long whire wig and paint your face white with eyes and mouth in black or something.

Could you make yourself up to look like the Bride of Chucky?

Could you wear brown top and stick long twiggs to a skirt and go as the witches broom?
