...do you reply to the person that PP'd, or to the person it's officially from?
I'm fairly sure I know the answer - reply to the official person - but as it's a reference for a friend I want to be 100% certain I get it right.

reply to the person its officially from. If its PP'd it means someone has signed on behalf of the person who its offically from.

Official person. The PPer is acting on their behalf. Would have been FREAKED when I was a secretary if anyone had replied to me based on me PPing
