fillig in registration so i can apply for tickets for x factor. they want to know my ethnic group, its is starred so i have to fill it in. does it really matter?

they probably have to be careful to get the "ethnic" mix of the audience right,so yes, if you want tickets, you should fill it in!

can't remember (well never knew , as I never watched it!) does the audience get a vote? If so , they would have to be certain that the audience wasn't biased against one ethnic group or another.
