I have NO IDEA how I'm going to get up for work next week. Didn't wake up until 10! The one blessing of teens plus a ds4 who sleeps like one though he's not there yet.

I am convinced that the only way of wishing the day away is to get just now so I'm off to de-vent my old dryer etc and busy myself til later.

I may take DS to the beach
I will pick up my order from Boots (to replace the present I got that specifically wasn't the one I'd asked for #UngratefulWench)

Had a series of power cuts here yesterday. Can only assume weather related. Better not happen tonight or someone will die!

I received the promised call from my son and we were on the phone for just under an hour and a half. He was paying for the call - might have been shorter if I was paying We put a lot of old stuff to bed and ended the call on a very upbeat note. Hopefully we can move forward even more now.

The only issue I had with the call was that because he had been out celebrating his birthday it came at 3.50 a.m. Still... not complaining and it's not as though I then had to go to work.

I am set and all ready for 9pm tonight a I am sure you all are. Will we all be drooling messes on the floor by 10pm do you think?

Right... off to empty washing machine and hang up me drawers on the airer!
