I co-run a food bank, and we've just had our penultimate opening before Christmas. I gave out parcels to 16 families and 22 couples or single people.

We wouldn't be able to do this without your donations, so thank you.

Just adding that today we gave out nine more parcels. Each were emergency ones where people were expecting to be paid and haven't been.

I love it. It's only a small part of my jc, but it makes such a huge difference. I know there have been a few food bank threads recently, and that inspired me to want to start this one.
