Bullying, stuck between a rock and a hard place.

One of my good friends is having her son bullied by one of my other good friends sons, I am stuck in the middle as I am trying my best to support them both, but, how do I go about doing this withough losing either of them?

Explain your own position (as expressed in your post) to both parties and then try to stay out of it. In the absence of someone trying to be supportive, the two parties might just talk to each other and try to resolve the matter themselves.
