It's just a whinge really.

My dd is 3 and my sisters two boys are nearly 2 and just gone 3. My dd adores them and they are usually here a few times a week as my mam watches them while sister works part time and the come to play.
I really like that as dd loves to see them.
Anyway, my whinge is about their behaviour!
The oldest one is constantly saying bugger/bloody and my sister told me he said FU** the other day! (WHICH i pray he won't say to dd). They are also very destructive.
Today alone they broke one of dd's toys and two little egg cups.(and they were only here for an hour!)
BELEIVE ME, if i thought it was an accident i wouldn't mind,i'm not materialistic!!, but the egg cups got smashed repeatedly off a shelf,(I was cooking and my mum was overseeing that), and the toy was just bashed!
It annoys me as dd takes such good care of her stuff!
I KNOW that they're toddlers and beleive me, my dd is no angel at times, but it's really getting to me that soon dd might be repeating things she hears from the boys.

I don't know what the solution is as i love them, they are my nephews and dd ,as i said, thinks the sun shines out of them.

Probably just wanted a whinge but what do you all think anyway........am i being an old grouch??!!!!!!

My sister has twin 3 year olds. Admitedley one has autisim. But the other one doesn't. They don't really wreck but they just chuck everything out of every toy box and when they go no one offers to help tidy them up. I don't mind, but i hate tidying up and it takes alot for me to get it all done. And it usually happens when i have just finished clearing the house up. But her house is immaculate, just really annoys me sometimes as i make my two tidy up if we are not in our own house. And they are soo loud too. I love them to pieces though.

Sounds to me like you're Mum needs to be a bit stricter with them really. If she is responsible for their childcare on a regualar basis she can't just be the doting grandparent, she needs to instill some discipline, pretty much as twiglett suggested. Could you broach the subject with her tactfully?
