Doesn't seem quite right just to put them in the rubbish - are they supposed to go somewhere else or is that all I can do?

Depending on how old your kids are I would leave them for a rainy day then produce them with several screwdrivers for them to take apart... it will keep them quiet for ages

take them to your local tip, there's probably a pile for them

JackieNoHeadJustABloodyStump · 09/10/2006 17:35

If they're broken, yes. If not, freecycle, or give them away if you know someone who needs them?

PandaG · 09/10/2006 17:36

Are they completely useless? If they still function try Freecycle, otherwise I agree the tip.

Would deffo freecycle but they are both broken (excellent, just the sort of unexpected financial outlay I was hoping for this week!!!!)
