Thank you lovely Hulababy for sending my dd a dream catcher.
WEIRDLY, she said to me yesterday, "Mummy, I think I need a dreamcatcher."
And I said "WTF?!?!?!" or something
And she said "Yes I saw them on telly and they catch your bad dreams so you only have good ones."
And then today your parcel arrives!! She was VERY pleased and it is a BEAUTIFUL dreamcatcher. She turned all Investigative: "Mummy, I don't think that fairies live any more because they lived a long time ago -" (I think she thinks that they are like dinosaurs) "-So who could have sent it?"
I just murmured "Hmm what? I don't know dear." vaguely.
She wouldn't go to bed until I'd hung it above her bed: "No mummy it has to go RIGHT above my head to catch the dreams."
