First off, I will come clean, I have been a lurker for some time, but don't have any dc myself.
One of my closest friends and her 18 month old daughter (my gdd!) plus a close mutual friend is coming to stay in 2 days time. This is the first time she has stayed overnight anywhere with her DD and we both want to ensure both of them have a good time. How can I help her DD feel comfortable in a new environment and ensure I can make it as stress free as possible for them both?
Can someone give us some does and don'ts or words of wisdom?
