Have got someone form Planning Inspectorate coming round this week to make a decsion about our planning appeal .Shall I :

Leave house in tip so they can see that we need more room ?

Leave voodooo dolls out in the image of our neigbours to let her know how much we despise them for objecting etc etc ?

I am not allowed to talk to inspector but what subtle signs can I leave around ?

I don't know the history here but I don't think they are coming to judge whether you need more room. I'd imagine that they are just coming to do measurements ect to see if you can legally do whatever it is you have applied to do.

Sorry this is a bit tongue in cheek as the whole planning thing has pissed me off for over a year now

I'd not bother with the subtle signs, but you could always try leaving out some cake or biscuits!

Iwant them to take pity on me and see what a crap kitchen I have compared to next doors who are objecting !! They have a kitchen three times my size and a house to go with it !!!

Objections do get rejected you know. If the neighbours property extends further than yours the chances are that you will get the permission.

Well I am hoping that we get it, obviuosly.

The planning officers at the council recommended it for permission but when it went to the planning committee with councillors on , the councillors refused it, hence we are now at appeal stage, as obviously they know alot more about planning !!!!

it has been a long process and I have just about had it with neighbours and councillors.
