What towns are in the South Downs in Sussex?

I have googled for maps and can't find anything remotely informative. Can someone tell me where the South Downs in Sussex are? What towns are they near?

Brighton, Lewes, and Chichester are all nearby. If you google the South Downs National Park, you should be able to find a map

Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst, Pulborough are all towns on the Downs. We livce at the foot of the downs between Arundel and Chichester - it's lovely here. Are you looking for somewhere for a holiday or planning on moving or something?

Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Henfield, Horsham
