Quick money making ideas........

Right, i need to make between 500 and 700 pounds as soon as possible.
I know that it is probably not possible but has anyone got any good money making ideas.
The only thing i can think of, is to stick half the contents of my flat on ebay or something, and i'm not sure that would make much anyway.

The only other thing i can do is increase my current loan but that will mean bigger monthly payments.
Sorry for the waffeling, but there must be something i can do surely ??

yeah i dont disagree at all but... sometimes it can take a long time to get deposit monies back from landlords and i did preface it with the fact that it was odd.

I agree that im not altogether morally comfortable with it but have seen it done many many times and have also seen many tenants really have to beg and fight for the return of the deposits.

Good point on references though.

What are dp's working hours like? IME men can get paid more for additional work in situations like this - eg helping a white van man for £50-£70 on a Saturday or Sunday, doing some garden clearance etc.

No real get rich quick schemes: it is always a combination of earning more (and as I say, it seems often that men can do this just as easily as women), or spending less. If you're brave, let us know what your weekly/monthly expenses are and I'm sure we'll offer some suggestions....

I can't hold my rent back in as i'm with a H/A not a private landlord.
Dp has really p**d me off because i saw a job as a night porter in the paper. It was 6 days a week at 7 pounds an hour. I worked out that it would earn him alot more than he earns now.
He has flatly refused to go for it. Said he doesn't like doing nights and thats that.
It has just proved to me that i still cannot rely on him to do everything in his power to help us.
