Museum Selection here has good quality art ones that aren't expensive.

I used this site last year. I always buy charity cards and this place stocked the ones I liked, for the charities I wanted.

Unicef do good ones that are a bit different as they are mostly designed by European artists

any big charity's website will do them. They all seem to be a lot more tasteful these days
