What can I send to 8 year old birthday boy in USA??

My best friend is in the states for a year & her son will be 8 next week, having 3 dd's I've no idea what I can easily post for his birthday!
Please help

When I lived in the US my best pressie was a box of British crisps, sweets (creme eggs especially!!) and other things you couldn't get in the states. proba bit expensive to post but I loved it!! American chocolate is not in the same league as cadburys!!

Failing that clothes, lightweight toy. Books would be expensive to post and DVds etc are ina different region over htere so he couldn't play them.

Why not buy him an Amamazon.com voucher then he can chose something online.

couldn't you buy something from a US on-line site they can deliver to him?
but British sweets sounds fab!
