If I don't receive something I've bought on ebay where do I stand with reagrds to getting my money back?

Remember the Spongebob Lego? Bought and paid for via Paypal on September 6th...no sign of it (£14 P&P too ). Now it's coming from the States so I didn't expect it super fast but I'm beginning to get a bad feeling about it now.

Sent an email last week asking when it had been dispatched and got one back saying "sorry if there has been a delay in posting" which pretty much sidestepped the question really. How long do I leave it and will ebay give me my money back?

you cna claim now if you want. file a report with ebay and paypal. It might give them the push they need to actually communicate with you, or send the item, or you will get at least some money back.

Thanks Kelly (sorry, I forgot to check back on this thread). It arrived yesterday - 21 days after I ordered it. From the date on the parcel she only posted it after I emailed. Not impressed. I am not going to leave feedback unless she leaves me some first - and I'm toying with the idea of leaving my first 'neutral'.
