I've got one. Borrow it if you like before you commit. I did it first without a video but you kind of get fed up after 10 minutes just bouncing aimlessly. So i set about finding a vid and it turns out they are a bit like gold dust as they don't make them any more. I got mine off ebay for about £15. It's called cardio bounce - you can borrow this too cause I use my nell mcandrew one more.
