How do you get chewing out of hair?

I think cutting is probably your only option. Hope someone else comes up with something les drastic.

PinkTulips · 23/09/2006 09:40

i think if you freeze it it breaks off but only and option if its long enough hair.

otherwise mayonaise is supposed to dislodge it isn't it?

waterfalls · 23/09/2006 09:46

Coax it out gently with peanut butter.

Your advice has made me laugh folks. Sadly, my lads must be deprived cos we don't have mayo or peanut butter.

He had attempted to cut some out before I got to him (thankfully hair fairly short anyway).

and I am sorely tempted to shove his head in the freezer..........but as he's now asleep, maybe not, lol.

I think vinegar is supposed to work? But I've always cut it out

handlemecarefully · 23/09/2006 22:48

Scissors are the way to go

fuzzywuzzy · 23/09/2006 22:48

peanut butter gets it out

Skribble · 23/09/2006 23:15

Ice pack against it, perhaps wait until morning then pick out as much as you can before getting out the scissors.

Vinegar helped.
