How much should I expect to pay to have my house painted?

We're in a mid terrace, want to paint the outside front and back, take old paint off 2 doors and re-paint, as well as removing old paper and re-papering up the stairs. Any suggestions?

I think painters and decorators charge a minimum of £80-100/day.
So it's wise to get a price for the finished job if you can, but that's a guideline.This is down south btw,not London.

also get someone recommended. I'm paying my bro's friend 120 per day but i know he works quickly and does a brill job so it'll prob cost less than someone who charges less per day.
