Where can I get a repair / service for a pram?

My instructions say "Get serviced once a year!" but WTF does that?

But a wheel's dropped off so now it's critical. But who does this?

mothercare will service all their prams, don't know if they'll do any others though. Paid £30 for my urban detour - no cost for any parts and had the backboard, straps and a wheel replaced.
