Black marker pen on school dress. Any tips?

I have tried vanish but it didn't work!

Apart from the obvious!!! (dont leave black marker pens lying around )

I use shout or oxyclean on most things. What about stain devils?

Fairy liquid?

I'm in spain so not sure what i can get but will look. Also she did it at school! Halo still in place

boil up some milk in a pan
and put the part of cloth with stain on in the milk
and leave it to soak for as long as you can

then wash
should remove most of it
and watch the color run out, it is amazing
it does work
