Another life lost through lack of organs..

a young girl called mary passed away earlier today whilst waiting for a lung transplant. she was in her early 20's. what a waste of a life.

i cant keep doing this. losing people at harefield, or online chat people is destroying me. its a rollorcoaster for everyone, and you cant get off.

Donor families headed the opening ceremony at the Transplant Games last month. needless to say they received an incredible standing ovation, I was moved to tears thinking one of them could have a relative that saved dds life. They are incredible people.
