I have just received a letter from a company I don't recognise

"Dear customer,"

it starts

"....In the pursuit of continuous improvement, I have recently joined the company with a view to providing more professional, personalised and product-focussed Customer Service.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that over the next few weeks we will be introducing several changed in both our Call Centres in order to optimise our call routing, increase product knowledge and improve our internal processes and procedures"

and on and on it waffles confirming that they'll be writing to me again to update me on their progress

oh goody I so care how a business I don't know is sorting out its phone lines

I looked them up

its a feckin' bathroom shop

PMSL they are taking themselves a bit seriously, aren't they? Perhaps you should mark it for grammar and spelling and send it back.. I noticed at least three mistakes at first glance. Love the subject confusion in the first line - why should you care if some shop assistant you've never met wants to better himself?
