Hello, wondering if anyone could help me out here. In early August I sent off my application for one of the £38 holidays on offer in The Sun; now it's a month later and I haven't heard anything. The money has cleared from my bank account but I'm guessing the confirmation has been lost in the post, given that my preferred date for our trip is/was the week beginning 11 Sept.
I have no clue how to sort this out as I have no contact details for the dept that deals with this holiday thing and the offer is not even mentioned on The Sun website, let alone having a link or helpline no.
Any advice or useful phone numbers would be greatly appreciated!
