I'm notoriously low maintenance, but I did stretch to the Rimmel French manicure kit when I was bored in the queue at sainsbury's one day. It seems quite good.

Inspired by that success I've since added a brighter pink base coat from someone called Jessica to it. After 3 camping trips and a lot of days on the beach it seems pretty indestructible. However, I'm sure some real experts will be along soon!

Sally's do star nails its brill, lasts for ages and its what they use in the salon, also you dont need a card to purchase from there but you do pay the vat on it....xx

try an ivory coloured "tip" shade rather than bright white (you might need two thin coats )- the softer white colour is much prettier and more elegant IMO -
