Is my top doomed? How to get oil spots out

I have managed to platter a new top (cotton) with oil from a frying pan. I have tried oxyclean baby (soak and then wash), biological powder, vanish stick. Nothing has worked. Is it doomed? Or is there something else I can use?

Iron it with brown paper over it,which sohuld wick away the grease.
Works with candle wax.

Brown paper? DO you mean like grease proof sort of paper you bake with or brown paper like you use for packing parcels?

Have it dry cleaned.

The latter sort.
