What temp should a domestic freezer be set to?

as advised by MN I have just rebooted my fridge-freezer cos it was making weird noises (ie unplugged it for 30 seconds)

what temp should they each be set to ideally?

they have rebooted to -13 (freezer) and 4 (fridge) ... factory settings I assume

they were previously -24 (freezer) and 3 (fridge)

anyone know

mine are at -18 and 3. Think -13 is a bit high. If it won't go lower then just don't keep your food in it as long.

its just reduced itself to -23 and 3

I definitely know that the optimum temp for the fridge should be 3 (that's + 3) because the last mega-expensive service bloke told me that

don't know if that helps piff
