Just wanted to ask..when I post messages, I get replies...but...I can't seem to see the actual words (sorry). Do any other mumsnetters look at the posts and..well...fail to understand them? Just asking

Well say someone kept asking "where is the best place to buy tablecloths?" and loads of people posted and said "x,y, and z are the best places to buy tablecloths." And then the person came back and said "yes, but I am unreasonable to want a pink tablecloth?" and people said "erm, well, still x, y and z are the best places to buy them." And in the end the thread got so long going round in circles that it had to be deleted and then the person came again with the tablecloth question..well then, someone who was getting a bit tired of it might start a thread like this.

Geddit now?

Lavender - there are people posting on here that need genuine advice - as you and dh like to laugh at our expense, have you shown him all your problems that you post on here? Would you find that a source of such amusement?
