Parents 30th wedding anniversary and they are going to dublin, any ideas

Hello My parents are having their 30th anniversary in Dublin. I want to do something for them (preferably to make their trip more special) but have no ideas. I am on a budget so have to watch what I am doing. Hotel suggested champagne and flowers but dad doesnt like flowers and champagne makes them both sick. They have paid for meals etc so that isnt an option. Does anyone have any ideas, really am stcuk. Thank you.

Don't know when they are going but can heartily recommend "stones in his pockets" as it is excellent.

What are their interests? How long are they going for? Is it just champagne they don't like (thinking the Guinness Factory). Or there's some lovely scenery to the north and south- Wicklow Mountains and Avoca (where they filmed Ballykissangel). How about a day trip on a coach sort of thing? (try the Dublin tourist office) Or am I just not on the right lines at all?!

Hello, thanks for your help. I looked into the viking tour thing but to be honest I dont know how far from the hotel it would be. I might contact tourist information and see what they say. Thank you for the ideas.

Quality Hotel, Dublin. Have contacted the company about the Viking duck thing but other ideas would be appreicated. Thank you
