Does anyone have this and does it work?

recently moved house and was going to 'order' ot today but saw on breakfast TV this morning a bit about how crap it was?

Does anyone use it?

Is it good? or does it keep cutting you off?

also does anyone use it wirelessly?

(cause i need wireless broadband and dont want to spend a fortune each month!)

i was meant to go live with talk talk a month ago still waiting .........been trying to sort it over and over but it still aint here so im still payin for wanadoo and on the talk 3 package.if or when i get it il let you know.

we have had it for nearly a year with no problems. the phone package is brilliant too, especially if you call abroad. however i believe alot of people have had problems with them, because of such a large influx of new customers when they launched the free broadband package. i don't use wireless though. talk talk crashes maybe once a month but never for longer than a minute. aol and tiscali are IMHO much worse.

I could NEVER EVER reccomend them! They are worse than awful!!

They never sent us a modem, but charged us £70 to cancel! You have a nightmare of a time trying to get through to speak to anyone if you have a problem, as they either don't answer or cut you off!
Much as we paid the £70 to cancel them back in March, they are STILL sending us bills every month!!!

are you talkin about talk talk cherry pie?i hope not!!!im gettin worried.ive had probs with wanadoo too do any of them get it right?i hate those phone lines where 'your call is important please hold it will be answered shortly' but it doesnt!!!!!!!!!!!!!
