Either that or I live on the hellmouth a la Buffy.
My apartment building has three floors; usually the lift politely announces either ground, first or second floor but in the last week it has announced our arrival on the 13th floor and also the 4th basement. Its still a v polite lift but I feel like this is how horror films start.
