Hi
I'm not sure where else to post this but I wanted to thank a member of the public who came to the aid of my 4 year old son , who, in his excitement to get to the Helter Skelter at RNAS Yeovilton Air Museum on Tues 8 April 2014, tripped over his feet and hit the concrete path nose first.
Much blood and tears as we went into the cafe adjacent for hand towels etc and a Blond lady, I'm going to guess who was in her late 30s, about 5'8 came over to see if Sam was ok, and offered me some baby wipes ( he certainly needed them and also wanted me to clean his bloodied new converse style trainers!) And then she gave me a pack of polos to keep him sweet so to speak too.
She was with her 3 or 4 girlfriends all out with their kids for the day, indeed I think she had at least 4 with her alone....
Anyway, a huge thank you to whom ever you are. I was so grateful for your kindness which was quite unexpected. I'm a great believer in what goes round comes around and to have such kindness bestowed after a personally crap 4 years or so really moved me when I looked back on the day.
If anyone reading this knows the lady, please pass on my thanks, you're a star.
Steve
PS Sam made a full recovery and is as boisterous as ever, although the graze will take a few weeks to clear !
