Hiya,
Ive decided I need to do some exercise. Ive got SPD, still, but need to do something.
Ive decided I am going to the local leisure centre on mon/wed/thurs for an early morning swim (7.30 - 8.30) when my dh is still home. I am going to start Yoga and Pilates, and then maybe do boxercise (I used to do Kickboxing anyway). I have also bought a new bike, so will be going out on that!
As long as I have some strong painkillers, I should be ok!!
Anyone else want to join me?
